Just outside Ostuni, surrounded by olive trees, sits Masseria Le Camere. It’s a historic 1800s property that has been sitting quiet for years, waiting for its next chapter. We're slowly taking on the work to restore it. Tackling off-grid water, solar power, and peeling back decades of wear to turn this beautiful old stone building into a home.
Our Story.
Hi we're Celsa & Tim.
This masseria has been part of Celsa’s family for over twenty years, held as a quiet dream for the future. Today, we’re putting everything we have into bringing it back to life. Celsa handles the paperwork, permits, and planning, while Tim takes on the physical work, getting his hands dirty on site, and working in the garden. We’re learning as we go, taking things step by step, and doing our best to respect the history of the place.
